- Drag & Drop form fileds onto design canvas (RHS panel) to match your documents/ speadsheets
- Chose from available form modules
- Use your existing spreadsheets as it is with built-in ONLYOFFICE Editors
- Build formats, procedures, checklists on-the-fly
- Name each field as per your requirement
- Define if fields are mandatory or not

- Chose position of the field by arranging it on the drawing canvas

Audit checklist form is linked and available for data entry when Audit's current status is "Scheduled", Audit Findings form will be available for data entry when Audit's current status is "on-going". Thease rules can be set once you create any HTML forms.
