While FlinkISO Open Source Quality Management Software is free to download and use without any restrictions or long term contracts, organisation may require assistance during installation, set up or customization. We offer these under services based on customer's requirements. Followng installation services are provided at fixed services fees of USD.150. Organisation who find it difficult to install the application on their premise, can contact us and avail these services.
We cover following in our Application Installation Services:
- Setting up server (Apache/IIS)
- Application installation
- Database configuration
- Directory Permissions
- Installation of ONLYOFFICE (Optional)
- ONLYOFFICE - FlinkISO Handshake
- FlinkSIO - API handshake
Requirements from Client:
- Server with OS installed
- Access to the server via SSH or via Remote Desktop
- FTP account access to installation directory
- Static IP or Qualified Domain for ONLYOFFICE to work
- Separate server for ONLYOFFICE if ONLYOFFICE to be installed on client's location
- Open ports to allow http, ssh, ftp, email
